While there are charts out there recommending frame heights for different sizes, these are general estimates and standing over a bike to understand how it fits your body type is the most accurate way to ensure you are getting the correct size.
When determining frame size, we recommend that customers have an inseam length at least 1 or 2 inches above the frame size they are looking at to be sure that when you dismount, you are not caught up in the frame. If you are not sure which bike frame to choose, visit a local bike shop to have your inseam measured and stand over a couple of bikes to see what size fits your body best and to ensure that you will be safe.
